A: Rosetta's Boutique is an exclusive women's boutique that shares a passion in dressing all women. We started as a store based in Eastgate Shopping Centre, and have expanded our presence online.

A: Rosetta's Boutique was launched in 2001, with our home being at Eastgate Shopping Center for the past 19 years.
Q: I am looking for a specific product and I cannot see it anywhere within your product ranges. Does this mean you don’t stock this product?
A: No. Please contact us and query whether we can source that specific piece in your required size.
Q: Are the product images displayed on rosettasboutique.com an accurate representation of the product?
A: Yes. All imagery is shot in-house, and is of the actual product which you will receive. We aim to provide the highest clarity we can offer.
Q: How do I pay for my products?
A: There are various secure payment methods that we offer, including credit cards, debit cards, instant EFT & soon Mobicred.
Q: Are payments to Rosetta's Boutique secure?
A: Yes. Every payment method offered is highly secured by numerous security implementations.
Q: What payment methods does Rosetta's Boutique offer?
A: We facilitate payment by credit cards (VISA & Mastercard), cheque cards, Instant EFT, Masterpass, and debit cards.
Q: What is MasterCard SecureCode®, Verified by Visa and PayD?
A: These are the latest security implementations to secure customers who are shopping online. They have recently been implemented by all relevant banks and require users who wish to purchase anything online to register their credit or debit cards for this purpose. Once your card is registered, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) which allows you to complete your transaction. Registering your card does not take long, and you would need to do this sooner or later!

Q: I live in South Africa, is shipping free of charge?
A: Yes. Rosetta's Boutique offers free delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Q: How long does the delivery of my order take?
A: Delivery times differ. Orders to a South African physical address can take up to 1−5 working days to be delivered.
Q: How long is the handling time before my order gets shipped off?
A: Handling time is minimal on our part, which ensures rapid delivery to our customers. Orders are sent off within 1−2 days, depending on when we receive your cleared payment.
Q: Are shipments insured?
A: Yes. We insure ALL shipments to every location to avoid disappointment and cover our customers’ purchases.
Q: Can I track and trace my delivery on my order?
A: Yes. A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
Returns, refunds & exchanges
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No. Due to the exclusivity of our pieces, all purchases are considered final.
Q: What if the piece doesn't fit?
A: We will gladly exchange the piece free of charge. If we do not have your size available, a refund will be issued.
